A flavoursome textured seeded sourdough. Developed during the lockdown when ingredients were difficult to find – I blended two different flours and now have a lovely new loaf. Great anytime.

Description

A seeded sourdough loaf made using my rye starter and a combination of Shipton Mill’s three malts & sunflower organic brown flour and white bread flour. A textured flavoursome sourdough loaf.
