This sourdough combines naturally sweetened cranberries, roasted pecans with white and wholemeal bread flours, plus my rye starter. A delicious sourdough which goes well with with cheeses and went down a storm when it appeared at Chiswick Cheese Market. Made over a 48 hour period.
