All flour will be sourced from Shipton Mill, a specialty miller of organic flour based in Gloucestershire. They source their flour from organic local farms in Gloucester and beyond. I ahve been using their flour for many years now and highly rate it.
I normally have white bread, stoneground wholemeal and dark rye flour in. All organic. If you want to order something else just ask – it normally takes between 2-5 days for orders to come through.
