An oval white wheat sourdough loaf made over a 48 hour period where it is stretched, folded, shaped, rested and baked. I use my locally produced rye starter with just four ingredients – wheat flour, rye flour, salt and water – and a lot of time.   

Great fresh or toasted. Keeps well in an airtight container or can be frozen.
