A gluten free loaf combines brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, potato starch and molasses and a good sprinkling of different seeds. This is a flavoursome loaf with a crunch.

PLEASE NOTE this loaf is made with gluten free ingredients at a separate time to other gluten rich bakes. All equipment and surfaces used are cleaned before this loaf is prepared however I cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination with gluten.
