A warming focaccia topping to help you through the cold evenings! Made with Shipton Mill’s Italian style tipo 00 flour, a good helping of Brie and a home-made chimichurri sauce. My version of chimichurri combines fresh parsley and coriander leaves, chilli, shallots, garlic, wine vinegar and olive oil.

Enjoy as a starter, accompaniment to a main meal or scoff the lot with a side salad.

Description

A springy, tasty focaccia made with Shipton Mill’s Italian style tipo 00 flour. Enjoy as a starter, accompaniment to a main meal or scoff the lot with a side salad. Available with a generous topping of one of the following:

  • Chimichurri with Brie
  • Kalamata Olives, preserved lemons and zataar
  • Christmas Special: Brie, cranberry and thyme
  • tomato, onion and rosemary – a classic combination
  • roast red pepper, black olive and onion – slightly sweet and very tasty
  • potato & onion  – slow roasted in oil with a sprinkle of sea salt
  • tomato, black olive and onion – sweet juicy tomatoes, salty olives and slow roasted onions

A round is a generous portion for 2, or a smaller bite for 4. The tray size will feed a hungry family or small team or group. Just add salad!
