Cheese & Paprika Sourdough


It may not make it home! A cheesy white sourdough made with extra mature cheddar and paprika. Think of an extra large cheese scone, full of flavour and warming. Great warmed with butter. Goes really well with chutney or try Tastes of the Med delicious chilli jam for extra oomph!

This loaf is based on my Bronze awarded sourdough (World Bread Awards 2019 in the Authentic Sourdough with Added Ingredients Category). A favourite with many customers. Smells divine. Delicious warm.

A cheesy wheat hug in a sourdough loaf! Made with extra mature cheddar cheese, milk and paprika. Prepared over a 32-36 hour period. Goes well with chutney and is great eaten warm with butter.
