3 simple ingredients make up this tasty sourdough loaf. Rye flour, salt, water and a lot of time. Made with organic dark rye flour. Add salted butter, soft cheese or smoked salmon. Delicious!

Additional ingredients work well in this loaf. I like mixed seeds and molasses. Choose from seeds, spices, raisins, molasses, black treacle, honey or agave to give additional flavour to your loaf.
