Introduction to Baking Bread

Take time out to make bread. Join me in the Bread Shed on this introductory course where we will learn the practicalities and principles of making different kinds of bread. This is a hands on course where we will mix, knead and shape various doughs, and will consider the key ingredients, best baking conditions and the equipment needed for a good honest loaf. There will be plenty of time for questions and printed handouts will be given to each participant.
This class focusses on gluten based breads only.

Class times 10:30 – 14.30 weekdays / 11.00 -15:00 weekends
