Baker’s Oven Session
Want to up your baking game? Interested in batch baking in a semi professional baker’s oven, maximising your baking capacity and minimising your fuel costs.
Choose your bake, buy your ingredients, prep at home and then pop along to the Bread Shed to bake. During your session you will have access to my semi-professional Rofco oven. The thick stone baking shelves create a perfect baking environment for both yeasted and sourdough loaves and will help to boost your oven spring.
You will have access to an oven shelf with the potential to bake 8-12 tinned loaves at a time. Each session will last up to 2 hours – enough time to bake and cool your loaves and a cuppa too!
Please note this is not a taught class – I will be on hand throughout the session to keep an eye on things and offer encouragement. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Suitable for all levels of baking.
Baking sessions will normally be between 10 and 2pm on Thursdays, my main bake day. I can confirm precise times available on a week by week basis. Drop me a line to register your interest.
