Bread workshops are hands on and rewarding. Class sizes are small – no more than 5 – to ensure individual attention and maximise your learning.

Courses are held in the Bread Shed – a converted Summer House – at the end of my garden which has been lovingly adapted to replicate a home environment. Equipped with an oven, sink and kitchen table, and it’s own powder room.

All ingredients and equipment are supplied, including an apron. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bag suitable for carrying your bakes at the end of your session.
